Spring into the Arts After School Conference

8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Spring into the Arts is a conference for after school professionals who bring creativity to the many diverse after school and summer programs throughout the state. The goal is to link the arts with school curricula and bring another dimension of learning to Connecticut’s children.

An array of health and wellness workshops will also be offered that include yoga, nutrition, and fitness.

Workshops will introduce new ways to introduce after school kids to a world of imagination and opportunities.

This year the CT After School Network is partnering with Young Audiences for Learning CT (YAC)—a VSA affiliate—to offer workshops taught by YAC teaching and performing artists.

Members: $80; Non-Members: $125

Conference Fee & Membership: $140

Fee includes workshops, continental breakfast and lunch.
