HAMDEN -- Quinnipiac Bank & Trust Company is giving back to the community by donating two Apple I-Pads

One went to Hamden Middle School and one went to ARC of Greater New Haven.  Principal Dan Levy and Assistant Principal Rhonda Jackson,  LuAnn McInnes, executive director of ARC of Greater New Haven were the representatives accepting the donations.

Levy had a contest whereby each teacher had to write a short essay as to why his or her class deserved the I-Pad.  The engineering group won.

ARC of Greater New Haven (Association of Retarded Citizens) is an organization for the handicapped and elderly.  The clients will use the I-Pad on a regular basis.
